    p1631 code

    i installed a new ecm i got for my truck 2009 colorado e67 ecm.
    when i did i got a p1631 code any one know what to do to get rid of it
    it will not let the engine turn over

    Correct vin in the PCM. That's a VATS code.

    yes it is i found out i have to do a security re flash so i will try that tomorrow
