    S2000 honda

This may sound lame, but I raced a S2000 honda yesterday. I pulled up to a three lane red light and had an ext cab nnbs on my left with duals and 20's. On my right the S2000. I was trying to get the Chevy to race but the honda bit. I rolled out of the light a little aggressive to see if he would go and the honda spun it's tire's taking off. I was looking at the Chevy on my left and when I looked over at the Honda he was ahead by about a fender. I smashed it and pulled passed him until he was at my rear wheel. Then he stayed right there until 90-95, when we let off because we where coming up on a light. NO NITROUS OF COURSE!! ALL MOTOR! But it was the closest race I have had on the street. Good fun! Now let the bashing begin.

No bashing from me, having an S2000 in my family, I know they're pretty quick, my truck couldn't hang, that's for sure.

We came up on another light and I started flipping all my switches on to activate my nitrous. Then he turned off at the last second. I was still glad to come out on top. About 4 years ago when all I had was exhaust and intake I got beat by a Civic SI with a fart can. I was so pissed. Thus, the modding began.

Good kill bro. I ran my buddy in his 2000 about a month ago. We ran twice from 60 and twice from 30 both times it was even for a bit but I pulled about a cars length on him all races. We ran from a dig and I destroyed him lol. They are pretty quick for sure. He has an intake and exhaust only.

Good kill. I ran a turbo'ed on right after I boosted my truck and was really disappointed. I thought it would be fast. I put bus links on it. But its always fun to smoke a car especially a ricer

Good buddy of mine has an S2000. its the most impressive 4 banger i've seen. puts down about 200 at the tires stock and its rear wheel drive. but alas, it is still a 4 banger. he runs mid 14's stock all night and he is a really good driver. i guess that means you have a low 14 second truck on motor

I rode in one once, but it was more corners than just a straight line. I remember that being very impressive. But I didn't know how fast they were in the quarter. I think I could pick up some time if I came out of the hole harder. If I would have done that I don't think it would have been that close. Still makes me feel good. I wonder what ricers are faster than an s2000? STI, EVO, of course a Supra but who sees them anymore. Maybe an RX-8?

S2000 is def a corners competitor. They are not to be taken lightly on the swerves. STI and EVO is it although they do run 13's from the factory (in theory). The other one to consider is the mazdaspeed 3 and domestic rice in the cobalt ss. Cobalt ss set the Nuhrbering (<-- spelling?) FWD record and the mazda has surprised quite a bit of people. RX-8's are rotary and dont count j/k but they are not impressive. Supras are 6 cyl cars. That goes more into the Z cars and genesis category.
