    Why didnt anybody tell me???

How much I was missing not having a stall converter. After 2 years of running a cam in my 4.8 I finally bought and installed a TCI 10" 3600 stall and....dear god it's fun my poor back tires hate me now. It's made me fall back in love with my truck.

thats the general consensus around here. lil motor with big cam needs big stall and low gears.

i regret getting a 2800 my truck still wont spin the tires taking off, it will get sideways downshifting at 50ish and into 2nd. barely and difference over stock, high stall + snow & ice scared me tho. when i kill the preformabuilt 60e do a 6.0 or ? swap im going bigger 4 sure

his truck is heavy, but should spin the tires. sure the tc isnt activated. my stock 5.3 will spin the tires like its on ice with stock verter and 2.73 gears. must be my truck only weights about 3750 lbs
