Can Nelson tune my truck with timing tuner?

Ok, so with the mods in my sig I am sure he can tune it regularly, but. I have been live tuned by Tim at Redline Pefrformance in Festus, MO. The question that I am asking is. When Tim tuned my truck he put in a black box with a switch that has one setting for N/A and one for NOS. When I flip it to NOS my coolant temp sensor goes up so I know it is activated. When this happens my timing is changed for the nitrous. That way I can have two timing settings. So my question is, can Nelson do the same thing from Texas. The reason I am asking is I need a little rework on my tune. My torque converter is locking and unlocking all the time under 55 no matter what gear I am in. Also my tow/haul button shifts way to hard because of my billet servo. I would take it back to Tim but he is three hours away. I am on here atleast three hours a day and I have learned so much. Just wanting to know what you all think. Will it be worth the 400 dollars to have Nelson tune it from Texas or have Tim retune and make a few changes for 50? Sorry for the long post.

even though we have tuned many many trucks that have FI or Nitrous via mail order, if you're only 3 hours way, i'd get the live tune.
or come down here for a live tune, i know it's far.

our mail order tune will run just fine, but hands on with a reputable tuner is preferred.
