Lights flickering

My headlights/dash lights/overhead light/cd player light will randomly flicker like there is a bad ground somewhere. The truck doesn't feel like it is losing power so I dont think it has to do with the batter. It's only the lights that flicker ever so slightly.. I mean you have to really watch it to see it.. It started after I got the tint and alarm place to fix my alarm. Does anyone know where or what I should start to look at to try and fix the problem? I am pretty sure it is one of the wires around or underneath the steering column..

I'd start snooping arround the fuse box....I bet u a dollar,that all/most of them r on the same circuit

Sorry to bring back such an old thread. But today I had the same problem happen. Just wondering what the cure was Ducky? Anyone?
