Installed some DNA motoring longtubes yesterday, and have a lil problem. One of the plug wires is sparking off on one of the tubes. Theres a small ticking noise and you can see a small spark. Do I need new wires?

im not sure which plug wire you have that is sparking, but i installed the same headers on my Sierra.. all of mine cleared except for 2, but as you see in the picture, 3030 fabbed up a heat shield to hold back 2 of the plug wires on the drivers side to keep them from burning into the header.. the pic is sorta blurry, but you can sorta see it in there.. i wouldnt replace all of the wires, but i would definately replace the one that is sparking for sure...

blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum
advance/autozone/etc should sell accell/msd ones as well. Normally like 80 a set. Or you can fab your own up with header wrap. ( I wouldn't wrap header itself)

Seems like you guys dont understood what I meant. One of the plug wires on the passenger side is sparking off on one of the tubes. I fixed the wire contact on the driver side. You can hear a ticking noise and see the spark on one of the tubes.

Make sure that it is snapped on all the way.
When was the last time you did plus as well? But yeah, sounds like the insulation is worn/torn
