    powere in my tahoe

i own a 2004 4x4 chevy tahoe with roughly 75k on the odo. i am curious if a z06 cam or something of the likes will help my bottom end. it has no balls untill around 2300 rpm. don't wanna do anything major, as in a few months, i am looking to acquire a rcsb to start toying with. just wanna add a little umph to my baby. and i'm new here, so please don't bash me

EDIT**** i know for that cam, i will have to change the valve springs, and i have someone that is qualified to do all of this work that will offer any assistance if i need it

As stated in the mechanic section that cam wouldn't really give you any help in the lower RPM range as it's a cam that is supposed to make more power in the upper RPM range. I would call comp cams or maybe Nelson performance and see what cam they recommend that would give you more low end torque. Also you may look into a little bigger than stock stall.

Posting the same question in more than one section only makes your answers get scattered across threads. This doesn't belong in this section anyway.
