Sorry guys I have to vent a little. I am so pissed off I cant see straight . The local dyno place offers custom tuning by Diablosport, I looked and looked on their site but I coulnd find any contact info on them. I had a question concerning torque converter lockup with a higer stall and elimination of all torque management when I get a fully built trans in place, because I dont know if they could make a custom tune for them. So I know Granetelli programers are made by Diablosport so I called them. I told them I was a potential new customer that had questions on custom tuning from Diablosport and I wonder if they had a phone number for them because I wasnt unable to find one on their site. The women on the phone said and I quote, "Why are you calling me why dont you just call 411." I said, Is this how you treat potential customers?" Well if I knew were they were located I could call them but if I dont have any info on them or were they are located. I told her that I had called them before and gotten the number. Then she said, "Uh and you didnt write down the number". She said she didnt understand what I was saying. I told her that Diablosport makes the programmer for them and I needed their number. Finally she gave me the a 1-800 number I called and the people at Diablosport were alot nicer, but the person I needed to talk to was out. Then I called Granatelli back to bitch to a supervisior or someone, the woman picked the phone back up. Yes I would like to talk to a supervisor concerning a call just place. I am put on hold. Then it sounds like the same woman picks the phone back up, I said yes is this a supervisor I need to talk to concerning the people that answer the phone. She said, "Yes this is the woman that you just talked to on the phone." I said, "Is there a supervisor that I can talk to." She said, "Well Im the owner" I was so mad I just hung up. So she is telling me a company the size of Granetelli Motorsports has the owner answering the customers phones. Sorry guys just think their customer service sucks.

Just call Allen at Nelson Performance 210-626-0278. If you get a lady on the phone be really nice to her (she is his wife and she is a very nice person). You will never talk to a mean person there and you will get the best tune for your money.

I will now probley go with one of Allens tunes. First he is cheaper, and doesnt cost you for dyno time when they tune it. Its just in May I am buying a Prochager standard kit, 9psi 2 core intercooler, nothing crazy and I want to ditch the FMU and get a tune and injectors.
