If I'm not mistaken, the standard STS kit is made to bolt right up to a stock truck. No need to change anything out. Injectors should hold up just fine. While you may want to upgrade them, it is not nessary for only 5psi. Now, as far as power, I would say looking at a 100-150hp gain. This is dependant on your engine though. Bigger engine = bigger gain, also More Boost = More power. Fuel mileage should go up, espcially if you keep your foot out of it.
Couldn't tell ya what the times would be, but expect a couple seconds off your old time in the 1/4.
