I'm a cert'd tig, stick, flux, and metal core welder. head of a fabrication department for a food processing plant.
Taking my Level 1 inspectors course at the end of the year.
Anyways.
I don't really own a truck. Well I do. But it's a Ford. And I wish to drive it off a cliff and burn it to the ground 100x over.
In fact. i don't mod trucks at all. I drive a 96 240sx. I have a acquired a 4.8 vortec. And that's going in my 240.
I'm more of a fan of the iron blocked LS series motor than the aluminum.
I joined up in hopes of gathering all the info I can on these motors.
I plan on mating a T-56 to it. Just to have it up and running by the end of this summer would be nice.
Next winter I plan on building it up for either a high revving N/A or build it for boost... Or throw in a 6L.
Hope you guys don't hate me too much already, lol.
