My brother has a 1999 reg cab 4.8 reg cab z71 lifted with 35in tires. He has 220k miles on the stock 4.8 so new motor is getting ready. He just picked up a 5.3 with around 45k miles with 706 heads. He is going to pull 4:56 gears in it. Pulls stuff regularly boats etc. He wants to put a cam that you really cant hear all that great and maybe do some head work to it. Ne one have ne ideas? Thanks

He could get a spare set of 862/706s and have them milled a bit and 3 angle valve job for more compression. I have a set in the for sale section if interested.
