    Help needed...

So my buddy has an 05 RCSB with charcoal interior... We'll long story short, he cant make the payments so its going back. He offered me whatever I wanted off of it as long as i replace it with my stock parts.

    Figured why not lol
So I swapped to 05 tails and traded complete interiors minus the oh s**t bar above the passenger air bag and the airbag cover and the top dash pad.

everything went in fine. but i know the 03+ have the double din dash bezels so i didnt know if the top dash pad, handle, and airbag cover would fit on my 02...
Truck could go back at anytime so i wanted to hear what you guys thought before i try an put the 05 dash on mine i know its a PITA...

    Thank guys!!!
    Alex

Alright so I kept my radio, hvac, etc. I changed the entire interior including air bag cover from beige to charcoal. Best free mod i've ever done

    Donor truck:
    2005 RCSB Silverado V6 4x4
    Black ext. on Charcoal int.

    My truck:
    2002 RCSB Silverado V6 2wd
    Black ext. Beige int.

    Parts swapped:
Top dash pad, Oh S**t bar, A-pillars, A/C vents, All lower dash (glovebox, etc), Door panels with power locks/ manual windows, Backwall plastic, both pillar plastics in the rear where the speakers go.

I will try to get some pics up tomorrow sometime if i can

All in all it took me and a buddy who drives a honda and never worked on a chevy in his life about a total of 7hrs split over 2 nights. I did most of the work hahaha

So in conclusion any interior 99-07 classic will swap over

********Only downside is the dash bezel sticks out a little on his truck.***********
But everything fits fine on my 02. No under dash mounting was needed because i used my 02 dash bezel.

Hope that helps someone out someday

Cool--thanks for the info! Glad it all swapped over fine.

So you kept your stock climate control unit and 1.5 DIN stereo and used the 03+ dash bezel?
