That would be a great time to change it. But......I don't have the time or the extra money for a cam swap right now.

No need really. Dexcool really only fails on the older sand cast engines that also have a propensity for coolant leaks (and therefore suck in air while cooling off). If you're anal, do it at 5 years or 150K miles.

Just dont let the oil change places do it for you. Its way easier to do at home. And cheaper.
