offset on stock rims?

On my '02 Tahoe I know my stock wheels are 16x7 and tires are 265/70 R16. In the spring I'm going to need tires and don't really want to put them on the stock rims. I saw Summit has 6 spoke 17" wheels for my truck, but there are 2 different offsets. I suddenly realized I didn't know the offset. Also, what size tires on the 17" wheels would be about the same size (O.D.) as the 265/ 70R16's. I would rather not have to deal with recalibrating the speedometer. Thanks!

I think stock is like 4.5" offset? I have a sticky somewhere on offset but IDK where..
