connecting rod bolts torque specs

i know this is a simple question but i cant find the right answer. can anyone tell me what to torgue arp conecting rod bolts to. they are going in a 6.0L out of a 2004.

Torque them down to 45 ft. lbs. and stretch to .0055.

Make sure to also tighten them down (both bolts) at the same time! DO NOT do one at a time. They must seat properly. I know it is almost impossible to tighten both at the same time, so tighten each in small increments. I know this will take some time, but it is better than ruining a crank/rods. Good luck.
