    best programmer for diesel

    looking for you guys opinions on diesel tunning. my dad has an 02 duramax all stock but has k&n air filter and muffler cut off. hes all about getting the best mileage and im trying to get him something for a christmas present cause hes too tight to get it himself lol. but im wondering if a different exhaust set up would help and whats the best programmer i can get for better mpgs? or would the nelson tune be better? im open to all options. thanks!

    I have a buddy that has a hypertech and it seems nice. But I dont know much about Diesels
    2000 Silverado ECSB- 5.3 CAI, Pacesetter LTs, ORY- Pipe, Magnaflow XL, E-fan, Ported T/B , Nelson Tuned, Built 4l60e, Circle D Stall, 3.42s G80, 2-4 Drop, Hertz Highs, Rockford 501s

    I know allen is doing diablos for diesels

    i just dont know a whole lot about diesels,just trying to see what you guys say. i always read about bully dog in magazines but idont know what to do with.

    I agree ^^^ PPE makes awesome handhelds for the duramax.
