I just bought this truck and got a killer deal on it because the PO didn't want to go through the expense of getting the fault codes cleared for CA smog inspection. I fixed a couple of the codes, one bad O2 sensor, but now I have two left; P0171 and P0174. I have cleaned the MAF and checked the obvious hoses/connections so now I am working back to the fuel delivery system. After reading many previous posts about fuel pressure, I believe that I need to get a gauge to see what my system is putting out...question, what type of gauge and where do I buy one?
btw - the fuel filter has a date and mileage written on it from when it was last changed, it is 3 years old with about 40K miles on it.
