The actual stock LS1 cam? Slim to none and not worth the time and $$$$$$$$$$$$$$
1998 - 2000 Fbody
202/210 int/exh @ 0.05" duration

For a good noticible gain go with something with a duration in the 220s with whatever flavor of LSA you like. A TR 224 is a good proven "off the shelf cam"

I just installed the 2000 Vette cam in my ’01 5.3 with mildly ported 706 casting heads, yellow springs, and LS1 intake for my LM7 powered BMW project. Noticeable gain or not? Probably not noticeable seat of the pants vs the stock truck cam, but it should help bolster mid range and top end a smidge. My guess is if the price is right, at least go with the 2000 Vette cam, or the ’01 LS6 cam, (nothing smaller) other wise aftermarket I really the way to go! More aggressive ramps, for more lift under the curve.
Here are some OE LSx cam specs for those interested.

Eh....I chased a 2000-only auto Vette cam for three weeks on eBay but the homo listing it would never respond and never post the numbers on it. I think they know some people look for them and try to sell other take outs as that one year specific grind.
