I have 285/60/18 tires that the truck is tuned for because they are the ones used for normal driving. I have a set of 28x10x16 hoosier slicks for the track though, what can I do about this? I don't want to get a retune everytime I go to race. Thanks.

Your shift points will stay however they were programmed in your tune. Changing different size tires is like changing the gearing in your truck. So if you had 3.42's with your original tires, you will now have smoewhere around 3.85's with the smaller diameter tires. You will cross the traps at different RPM's but you don't need to get a retune for it. Just make sure to see where your RPM's are when you cross the line. If you shift right before you get there, you need a taller tire.
