    rear leaf spring drop

right now I have the 4" drop in the rear shackles and hangers, and want to lower about 2 more inches, but dont have the factory hangers and shackles. could i just use the drop leaf springs and go down with the hanger and c-notch the frame to get the desired drop i am looking for? Or do I just need to do flip kit and try to find factory hangers and shackles??? thanx nick

when it comes to droping a truck ride quality is always sacrificed and from my experience i kept stock hangers, flip kit, a small block to get down 7" in the rear with bell tech shock and a c-notch and it ride likes it stock again. Just find a local pick-a-part and yank some stock hangers for cheap.
