    had a fun weekend project

got my cam swap done runs really good and got it tuned. a fun story to tell during the swap though. my buddy was helping me with it and i was swapping valve springs out. he got a little to excited and put the pushrods in without the cam in. he gets to the 2 cyl intake and i hear something fall. it was my lifter. so we were sitting there trying to find out where it fell and couldnt see anything so i dropped the pan and saw it sitting in the valley. grabbed some welding rod and tried pulling it back to the end of the block and barely got it out. so then we put it back in through the cam journel. needless to say 3 hours wasted doing that but runs good and strong now. ill post some videos on of it but scared the hell out of me thats for sure

Could have been a real fun evening if you werent able to get the lifter out.

Sounds good man! Glad you found that lifter! Sure is a bad feeling when you hear that and don't know where it went.
