drive shaft shimmy

hi guys

im new in here and just want to ask about somthing.
i lowered my car one week ago and i notice a shimmy when i accelerate and when i stop at around 10-20 mph.

i think it coz the angle of the drive shaft is difference now i dont know ..

second thing when the gear is shifting to 3rd there is i weared sound not shimmy but a sound like a tok.. and just in 3rd at low rpm around 1500 to 1600 u can hear it.

so is there is any solution

we need some more info...what car is it or is it a truck? how you dropped it? how much? etc
