    Dodge Charger Part II

Last night I was cruisin down I-45 (traffic was really heavy) on the way to the local 1/8 mile track, and I see a black Charger SRT8 coming up behind me. I see them in my rearview start laughing and pointing at my "Yeah, It'll beat a Hemi" sticker and as they pass by me, they give it a nice blip of the throttle. It sounded pretty mean so i moved over into another lane beside them and hammer down on it to let them know the sticker is for real. They get up next to me and give a big thumbs up and a smile. Turns out they were going to the track too. They were really cool guys with some bad ass toys. They ran a best of 9.20 with only intake & exhaust. I backed up my previous best with another 8.19 @83.5 & 1.84 60ft.

John, Josh, Brad & Steven it was good to meet you guys! Hope you got your mustang running well! See you next time!

I want some kind of residual, royalty, or kickback for the sticker.

jk - pretty cool you beat them on the track too and not a roll race on the freeway...

I'm pretty sure it would have been a lot closer if we had gone from a roll on the freeway. They were definitely impressed with the performance out of the ol' sleeper!

That's awesome man! Sleepers are the best, once I get the V8 into my truck and doing some work to it the only thing I might change exterior wise is tint the tail lights.

Yep, HMP. It wasn't too crowded so I could get several runs in with out waiting too long.

On my last, and best, pass, I had a guy come up to me and say "do you wanna race a Colorado?" Like he was gonna take me because he was so much lighter or something! I think I got him by half a track or so....
