some times it has a learning time frame. It will get stronger the more you drive it. Did you unplug the battery when you swapped the pcm's?
Yes it was unpluged. Im familiar with tuning due to my other truck, and it didnt need any learning time.

My other tuning was via a chip, and my other truck hauls ass.

The PCM is very adapative and needs time to learn.
Give it about a 100-200 miles to fully learn.. or possibly a tank of fuel..
You will see a noticeably increase soon.. let it learn![]()
