    Code P0128

I installed a 160 thermostat in my 06 5.3 Silverado and after about 50 miles of driving I get a mil light. This code is saying my engine is running below thermostat regulating temp. Is there something I can do, a relay or sensor I can change to keep from getting this mil.?

Yes, get a tune that turns off the code or get a 180. Search "P0128" 'cause I just posted about it today.

BTW, not only am I a GMWCT but I have a 160 in my tuned Denali (that does NOT have P0128 turned off). What I do (I have efans) is keep the compressor off button engaged (auto AC) when it's cool 'cause that's when mine sets. When it's warm the efans don't hurt (they're on with the compressor) 'cause it warms up quick either way (fans on or off).
