Newbie... with a few ?'s

Newbie here... first post.

I have an 05 5.3 ecsb with longtubes, intake, ORY, and full exhaust. I ordered my nelson tune the other day. I am tossing up cam choices. I know this question has been asked 1000 times.. but i am looking to boost in the future and want a cam that will be good for that also... while not bogging and killing mileage now. Any suggestions? A decent lope at idle with good torque would be nice... if thats possible. And the other question i had which i forgot to ask Allen... Do his tunes allow E-85 and compensate as needed for different mixtures?

Seriously if you talk to allen he can spec you out a custom cam for your truck for a good price. It would be EXACTLY what you want and what your truck NEEDS
