Hey Guys, you've seen a few posts by them; now I'd like toofficially welcome Turbotime to the ls1truck sponsor list.

You can see from their banner they offer other products as well as great deals on turbo parts.

thanks ,

Greetings and thanks for the warm welcome guys..

I just wanted to let you know that while the name TURBOTIME would suggest TURBOs, (and yes we sell a bunch of those) we do have more than just the turbos. We have justabout any part imaginable for the GEN3/LS1 engines.

While the LS1 engine market is relatively new to us here at Turbotime we have been dealing with quite a bit on terms of SBC and 4.3L Parts. The business was originally setup by a fellow Syclone/Typhoon owner and we have been dealing with that crowd now for sometime. Obviously thats a somewhat limited market, but its allowed us to know which direction to go and how to hopefully prosper in the aftermarkets parts biz. There has also been some import parts being sold through turbotime but the core business is and remains Domestic Horsepower.

I am not completely unfamiliar with the LS1/Gen3 engines, I am attempting to stuff one in my 1992 GMC Typhoon, (not an easy task to this point). Making slower progress than I would like but isnt that always the case ? With that said, I realize I certainly dont know everything there is to know about these engines. Currently I am looking for suggestions on what parts/items you guys would like to see offered in either a GP or a regular order item. Obviously GP items would be cheaper if theres sufficient participation.

Currently SOME of the vendors we have access to (this is a very small list of what we have available):

JE Pistons, Diamond Pistons and TRW Pistons
Cometic and Felpro Gaskets
Brembo Brakes & Eibach Springs & QA1 (adjustable shocks)
ARP Fasteners
Carillo, Eagle Rods and Childs & Alberts Rods
Ferrea and Manley Valves
Lunati (stroker engine assemblies included)
Crane Cams, Isky Cams
Sparco
NOS and NX (Nitrous Express), and ZEX
Precision Turbos (from 4 cylinder apps all the way to a 2000hp turbo).
Scat and Callies Cranks
REDLINE SYNTHETICS as well as ROYAL PURPLE

These are just some of the vendors we have at our disposal. I'm certainly not going to be arrogant and tell you we have the worlds best pricing on everything. .....Although since we have low overhead, I think you will find our pricing very competitive

What I can tell you, is that we run a fair and friendly business. At this point theres only 2 of us here at TURBOTIME so there wont be any run-around or any lack of communication.

I have both AOL IM and ICQ and am happy to provide both of those IDs if you need/want to talk to me or have a specific question.

Please remember I am still learning as I go along also and while I may not instantly have all the answers, I know where to go to get questions answered.

If you guys have any specific needs or wants please let me know what you guys are looking for. Currently my engine swap project is on hold so I wouldnt know exactly what to offer in terms of HARD PARTS to you guys. Post your requests here or hit me up on AOL IM (ID is blubya) or ICQ 28241121.
