I once lost about 35 pounds and then took the sport bike i use to have out for a spin. . . it was noticably faster. I am down about 11 pounds since january 5th and truck still doesnt feel faster.

The last time I lost a bunch of weight I had more than one customer ask other employees if i was on drugs. Subway loves me but I am starving.

LOL I'm starving as well...and about to go out and get supper #2. Eat at 5:30-6:00 every evening now that I lost my part time but always being home means I always get to get YSS2 (yummy snack supper 2). No, it has made no difference. 5'10" 140 lbs sopping wet...LOL

Well we successfully hijacked this thread. Dam yo a$$ is scrawny. I stepped on the scales 01/05/09 and they said 236 you fat bast... get off of me. I have been on the wagon ever since. I might start a thread on how to loose some weight. I have got it figured out.

You can make your own cai out of pvc pipe! lol Its not free but I think its under $40.
