For trucks, generally 03+, however some HD trucks don't have them and some 02 trucks have them.
It would take forever to , like Gasser said, to answer this.

Some 2000 full size utilities have it too.
I am going to put an LS2 in my '93 and I will be needing electronics, bracketry, pulleys, throttle control, etc., watching salvage vehicles so I am trying to narrow the search............I was under the impression they started with cars around '04 and trucks/commercial around '05..........If I can find the right vehicle with all the goodies I will be a happy camper.......
