    Bad Luck

i recently bought a PI 3600 converter on ebay, paid for the verter on the 19th of dec. still havnt received it yet, ive emailed the seller several times with no response, finally had to call him, he gave me a tracking number that was invalid then called him back, he said he called the post office and they said the converter had to be delievered before the tracking number would be active( pretty sure that isnt right). i didnt think this guy would screw me i mean he has a 100 percent rating and a ebay store. i was just wondering if anyone has ever had this happen to them and how hard is it to get your money back(i went through paypal).second the seller sn is KRUEZEN, has anyone every bought anything from him.....maybe its just taking awhile to get here because of the holidays...idk

hadnt bought anything from him, but he is correct, the confirmation tag will NOT show anything until it has been delivered to its destination. thats just how USPS works.. well here anyway!! you can do a charge back in paypal if you feel youre being scammed ..

That's why I don't use the post office, their tracking system is a farce.

USPS doesn't use "tracking" they use confirmation. The number will just show when it was delivered.

My guess is he didn't pack it good enough and the mounting tabs broke through the box and it's sitting at a P.O. somewhere since they don't re-package stuff.

USPS sucks. They are retarded. If you get a packadge and it wont fit in your mail box, they will take it 20 miles back to the post office. As opposed to getting out and walking 25 feet to your door and dropping it there.
UPS is the way to go.

USPS is the only way to ship high value items. Registered insured. Tracking sucks and it is slow but it will get there. UPS stole a 2ct diamond that I had a buyer for for 15 thousand dollars. Anything else shipped isn't liable to make it. A usps employee cussed my wife out once on video in my store. I took video to the post master. Not one damn thing was done. The B!tch is still our mail lady and she knows we no longer like her mean a$$.

USPS is the only way to go unless it's really large or heavy. UPS will eff up a wet dream.....as well as damage or lose the item then blame it on packaging. That being said with PayPal you're prolly golden. Complain to them. They're pretty much like a credit card company and will withhold payment to the seller until the issue is resolved.

I'm no conglomerate selling on eBay all day but I do have a 164 score @ 100% positive so I have experience with this stuff.

Ask Mic or SCIV. They got their stuff as promised.

Dont wait to long to report it to paypal or ebay or who ever. same thing happened to my friend last x-mas he bought a fully built t-56 trans and it was the holidays so he assumed that they were just behind on shipping waited to long and lost about 2300 dollars or so(pay pal wouldent give him his money back). i can see ups losing something small but a trany... i dont think so
