    iPhone help...

Got a iPhone from a girl at work today. All new to me...still figuring out iTunes and syncing and all that stuff.

Figured I'd post up and see if anyone can give me some hints or whatever for using it.

For example, one frustrating thing is transferring songs. With pictures, you can go in and select pictures. With songs, it looks like you have to create a playlist or import your entire collection or let iTunes pick the songs for you. GAY. I want to be able to select whatever songs and/or folders I want and bring them in.

Is there a way to do that?

    Any other advice?

r you talkin about puttin music into itunes or making playlist. if your trying to put songs into itunes just drag and drop the folder u want into itunes and then sync it to the phone and it will transfer the songs onto the phone.

in itunes you can select to manually manage music and it will only update checked song that you choose.

I guess what you are asking is is there any way to manage music without itunes. Without hacking the phone I don't think there is a way. Itunes does sux. On my Nokia I could drag and drop just like another hard drive or removable memory.

My main issue was trying to manually put songs on the iPhone. I missed the option to do that, but see there is one. Still messing with it...
