Get an OEM. Might need a smoke test.

The best way to diagnose this is with a smoke machine. It's a dealer item although there may be some aftermarket alternative.

Any luck w/ the gas cap search?

I have just recently had the "tighten fuel cap" read out also.
The cap was fine.... No resolution on the issue yet, when I figure it out...
I'll pass it on. Good luck on the shopping ha ha ha

It just means you have an EVAP leak. The system tells you a few times to give you a chance to tighten the cap if it was left loose....if not, gotta get it fixed the right way.
