    ATX Baby!

    Aight you girls--I am going to be in North Austin/RR area today after a meeting at 11 today. I am thinkin I should be done around 1 pm--and need to leave there by 4-4:30, so if any of you tools are around and wanna hang out and shoot the chit, let me know... Oh, and I am driving the GQ if anyone wants to head to Mexico for a few runs...

    Good seeing you Mannie. How did the trip to Mexico go?

    Tyler got me mostly. But not by a lot. Once I even tied him. He would usually get me by a length or so. I did best from a 50-60 roll. I was right behind him. I didnt have Nitrous. And I think If I had a stall, it might have been different. Nice to meet you Tyler. Nice truck. Runs strong. He cant hook for crap on the street from a dig. Wish I had spray. We pissed off some Mexican commuters when we kept slowing down to run

    Yeah, good to meet ya too Jeff...I got the chance to outrun ya a few times...LOL...for serious guys--Jeff's truck hauls some ass for a 4.8L! Whenever I was able to hook up (Mexico had smooth black top streets DAMMIT), I was able to put a length on him. Our low speed punch runs and dig runs were worthless. Spin, spin, spin... A stall would help ya mainly on dig runs, but most of our good runs were in the upper RPMs where the stall wouldn't make a difference. But yeah--I KNOW we pissed off a few Mexican commuters...oh well--they got a good show!
