add 2bar files to the histogram ?

Can some one help me figure out how the heck to do this?
Allen said "then open up the short and long trims, then add 2bar files to the histogram"

I can not figure it out. I have no experience in hp tuners and have the maf removed and 2bar map sensor t76 turbo all that jazz and am trying to go SD. I need help soon cause I have to either go back to maf or get the sd working by 6 my time which is real soon.
