Well, i got my shaft in and it still vibrates, this was the first replacement. I had a bad vibration at 60mph+. I took it back and now i have the other one in. It vibrates at 80mph+. I may pull the tailshaft off the tranny and see if anything is messed up in there. I did inspect it and everything looked ok without pulling it.

    see ya,

hahah, i hope this is the last one.

    update again:

I went by joe's trans shop (i love that shop) and told him about my problem. He suggested I take an extra trans tailshaft and switch it out with mine. When I got hom, i pulled everything, shaft and tailshaft, and i noticed the brass bushing in the tailshaft was all fcked up. Well kind of, it was very worn and there was a lot of brass particles on my hands after i messed with it. When the shaft originally broke, it must of been violent, it made the reluctor ring slam against the vss sensor and put a good sized scar on it. I'll be replacing the vss also just in case, it still reports the correct speed, but just in case.

    later,
