just torque them down and your done.
They're non-adjustable unless you have aftermarkets that are not net lash (ASSUMING you're talking about the 5.3).
8 mm head and 22 ft/lbs for the stockers.

Tighten them all a little at a time as not not fracture the rocker tray.
