    1.85 comp rockers

    Hey man,

Ive had those rockers before yes they are a direct bolt on, like they said just bolt on and set the valve lash. Which gave me one hell of a time took about 2 1/2 hours for me because ive never set valve lash before. I recommend reading about it first if you dont know what that is.
Heres how to set valve lash>>>> http://www.compcams.com/Technical/In.../Files/250.pdf

Also yes they say just remove the baffles and they will clear it.... this wasnt true for me they were hitting the baffles so i removed them. Started my truck up the noise was still there!! so i took off the valve covers again and inspected them i saw a small dent in the metal bump that comes out under the valve cover for the coil pack screws. After i grinded down two of those, one on each side. The tapping finally stopped. This was the same for my friend with a 05 silverado.

In the end i have a set of 1.85 roller rockers sitting in my closet. If your still intrested i will sell you the set everything included even the box only thing you dont get is the sticker.... Pm me if your intrested
