swap to tilt steer? is it possible?

has anyone converted a stationary steering column to a tilt steer column? just wondering how hard it is if its possible.

out with the old, in with the new? I am going from a tilt auto 91 to a tilt auto 98, and idont think its gunna be a problem. The whole shebang will bolt out, then the new one goes in.
