Anyone ever run a Torsen differential

My truck currently has a Torsen t-2 differential, it seems to be very similar to the detroit Trutrac, so i was wondering if it is as strong as the trutrac. my truck is a 99 ecsb 4x4 lifted 9'' with 37's and i am putting 4.56 gears in it. the reason it has the torsen is because i got a Jasper reman rear put in back when i was young and dumb. So my real question is should I give the Torsen a shot or sould I run the Eaton LSD i have?

Why are you considering Torsen? Detroit Trutrac is just as good and is cheaper. $370.00 on Ebay.

Give the Torsen a shot for now... But if all else fails, grab yourself a Detroit TrueTrac. You will not be disappointed.
