Lq4 with stock aluminum heads or 4.8's?

Would I be better off to run the Lq4 stock heads or those from a 4.8? I know the 4.8's raise the compression but is it worth the airflow sacrafice?

no because the 317's flow much better

Well what motor are you wanting to run the heads on? The LQ4 heads will not work on a 4.8. At least if memory serves me correctly.

they will fit you just will lose to much compression. But I believe he is using a stock lq4.

if you are going with the 6.0 then your best head to look at running is a 243 head...it will bump the compression a little and still flow really good....stay away from the 4.8 it will kill your flow
