Hey yall. While trying to put the electric fan in my friends truck, I accidentally made a tiny leak in the A/C condensor. There's no foam or anything leaking out of it, just the freon (you can hear the air escaping). I was wondering if there was any way I could plug this without having to buy a new condenser. I know where the hole is, yet everytime I stick my finger over it, I can't get it to seal. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

P.S. Any of yall have the part number for a 180 or 190 thermostat for this truck? I figure that since I've got this new found cooling power (this fan is strong), I might as well take advantage of it. Thanks again.

Not good, condenser is on the high side, can run 300 psi or more.A radiator repair shop should be able to fix it,once you get it out.

I have a 180 hypertech stat for a V-8. Bought it for my '02 4.8l, used for a week before I decided to go cooler. If you got a 99-03 V-8 truck you can buy it from me. Pm me if you're interested.
