the track was pretty busy. great weather with a slick track. ice was on peoples tailgates byy the end of the night haha. my first run i screwed up bigtime! after my burnout i forgot to take my truck outa 2nd gear:bomb: launch out and think im spinning only to find out im not when it shifts down to 1st and actually start to spin. i was totally dissapointed with the pass until i got my slip and the MPH was 109.41 time was a 12.65 which suprised me for how bad i F'ed up the run.

next run went like this:

I don't take my family to the local track and only run just after the track opens due to all the DUI's.
Drinking and driving and drinking and racing KILLS.
I am sure some people would tell me to keep my mouth shut but I can not.
I have lost good friends to stupid crap like drinking and driving. It only takes one beer.

One last reply. I am not crying about it.

A friend of mine had one beer at a party. Drove home 1 hour later. A car with 4 people pulled in front of him and he could not stop it killed all 4 people who had also been drinking. He just last year got out of prison. From 17 to 27 involuntary manslaughter. He did not even get to finish highschool. The other car was 100% at fault. There was nothing he could have done.
It won't happen to me I know my limits.
