nelson tune and SES codes

Just got two new re-tunes from allen.
the 2000 pcm gave a code of p0340 and the 2002 pcm gave a code of p0200. The old 2002 pcm i had in my truck worked fine other than the battery light not going out. Any ideas why both pcm's would have seperate issues? Is it my luck that both pcm's are not working correctly?

The 340 I'm not sure, it's not defined in HPT's, I'll have to check alldata.
The 200 is an injector control circuit, you may have a bad pcm, please be sure to mark it and I'll check it out, I'll send you another one out today.

according to obd-codes.com the 340 is most likely a bad pcm....its just my luck...2 bad pcms in one order.
