i dont know if i need to be pissed or just hang it up and stick with the 84 i am biulding its tough trying to keep up with 2 modded trucks, anyway coming home from work ( i live less than 4 miles from job) ran fine stopped at buddies muffler shop , started to go home engine revs real high i was like wtf not again damn ( transmission) pulled off side of road checked fluid all seems ok noticed it was hot though, ( dont know actual temp) anyway after cooling started up took off all shifted well then once i get less than a block or 2 i loose gears nothing nada this was all with in 4 blocks under 50 miles per hour... so now wtf is wrong, anyway i have 2 coolers fluid level was up at running temps .... i hope its the torque converter as i wont go through another tranny swap out and have to ship it off ....
