    power chip/resistor

    i just bought one of these power chips/resistors that go on the ait sensor from ebay and still waiting for it,has anyone used one of these and do you really notice the difference,most of the feedbacks said noticable difference before i put it on id like some comments from people whos used these.

    The way it works is, it tricks the pcm into thinking it's colder outside than it actually is. So, if it's 100deg outside, it tells the computer it's 50degs outside, or depending how components are used.

    How does this help?

    As temps go up, the PCM pulls timing, less timing means less power, so, if the PCM thinks it's cold outside then the PCM is going to add or keep timing and not pull any.

    finally

    i finally got my resistor and installed it,along with changing my oil to synthetic and i noticed a bit of difference.
