1rst to 2nd

I cannot get my truck to stay in low gear when I do a burnout but if i mash it from a 4000 rpm roll or really any roll then it dances off the rev limiter. Why is this and can this be changed in the tune? The damn thing only spins about 50 feet in second gear and that isnt any fun.

The truck has been tuned before.....you can see the mods in my sig

Is there not anyone that has this problem or do you guys just not want to talk to me???

The only way I know of keeping the trans in 1st gear is a shift kit. I didn't saw one in ur signature.

Level III must have a preaty nice valve body job, so chances that ur 1-2 sensor is going south R up, but u do not report any SES.

So far the only tranny problem I still have is on a really hard launch, the trans goes to emercy mode letting me hanging from 2 to 3 and no 1st or OD. I just have to replace a sensor that I know is bad.

There's a shop on trans that everybody talks around here, do a search in old post and give them a call. for what guys tell around here, they R real good at their jobs, and very kind people. My 2 cents

IT MAY BE THAT THE TUNE IS SET TO SHIFT AT WHATEVER RPM ITS SET AT. AN UPDATE TUNE MAY HELP?

My wifes WS6 started doing that in first and second gear and then trans took a dump.
