    I just called and got a price on the install of the Hotcam-$1400!!!
    Looks like I won't be doing the cam. Anybody got any other ideas for me? Thanks

    im gonna do mine myself. not that hard if you have some mechanic experience.
    just follow the directions to a "T", and you shouldn't have a problem. If you can find someone to help you that would be a plus expecially if they know whats going on.

    I don't have anyone around here that's familiar with my engine or that's done cams before. I live close to St.Louis, I'm not sure If there's anyone close by who knows how. Thanks

    wtf, that is too much for a cam install, to isntall a cam it should be about $3xx, with springs and cam, $7xx

    i was quoted $500 last year, me and a buddy did it in about 2 days. not bad at all. with help online it can be done easier and faster. go for it and consider yourself saving $1400 for other mods!!!
