    On my truck (2006 6.0L LQ9), is the stat built in the housing or can i just buy the stat??

    Just get the stat, mine was like 24 bucks.

    I could be wrong, but I think the '03 requires the entire housing to be replaced.

    Well the earlier trucks need the entire housing. I need a 180° stat, I&#39;d trade my 160° for one&#33;

    new mod list: 5.3, gears/posi, mufler and tune : (
