    Question Reluctor Wheel??

    Can Someone Help Me Find Out What Reluctor Wheel I Have On My 08'4.8?? My Vin-1gcec14c18z155672
    Reason Is I Want To Get A 6.0,but Need To Be Sure.

    It's the later hi-res count. I'm pretty sure an '07+ 6.0 has the same.

    Greg, is this the same as I looked up for you?

    Yea it was me,sorry i forgot the name u told me,but i seem to find many 01-06 6.0 engines for sale,but not sure what will directly swap in?

    so that means i can only swap in a 07+6.0

    no, just means you have to have a crank with a 58x reluctor. most aftermarket cranks offer both, so could do a forged 6.0 with 58x.

    See? I'm the aftermarket dummy. All I know is the way they are before you guys get a hold of them...

    But I did know the newer ones had more teeth.
