Very nice is it tuned for the cam yet?
Hell yeah! Sounds meaner than mine lol
sounds good man
Sounds beastly!
Thanks guys! I still need to get it tuned. Hopefully I'll get it in sometime next week, then I'll need to take it out and really play haha
C'mon, let that thing breathe! Sounds very quiet until you come around the passenger side of the truck.
what kinda cam??
Sounds like mine. I'm a fan.
Why do you have the breather on the oil filler cap?
It was free, so I figured why not. I have another stock cap floating around for if I ever want to go back for some reason.
The reason I asked is you are pulling unmetered air into the intake when your crankcase is open to atmosphere like that.
Never thought of that. I always just assumed it would just allow for the crankcase to breathe a little easier.
What?
Who is the "what" directed at?
The comment about the unmetered air into the crankcase.
...old discussion...I remember reading this a few years back...
retards :twocents:
I can see both sides of the argument, but at the same time there is really no definitive right or wrong answer. It just seems like everyone is going off of experience they had. That being said, I'll probably pull the breather off just to be on the safe side.
All there saying is that you can have only one or the other. You cant have both, since if you put a breather with a pcv valve the pcv valve will pull air from the breather causing a lean condition. Correct me if im wrong.
